* Troubleshooting Tips

Problem Possible Cause Corrective Action
KeyPro starts but does not connect to keyboard. On certain device that use the Widcomm Bluetooth® Stack it is necessary to make initial connection to keyboard in the Bluetooth® Manager. Open your device Bluetooth® Manager and highlight your keyboard. Tap and hold stylus on your kayboard’s name and select connect. After keyboard has connected all subsequent connection from within KeyPro should now work properly.
My keyboard is paired but KeyPro indicates keyboard not found. Your keyboard must be set as default within KeyPro. Open KeyPro [Settings] screen and select your keyboard.
Pressing and holding a key does not repeat characters.

Auto Repeat not enabled.

Enable [Ö] KeyPress Repeating in “settings screen”.
My device does not emit key taps when pressing a key. KeyPress Sound setting is not enabled in KeyPro. Enable “KeyPress Sound Emulation” then set the desired volume.
Can't pair another Bluetooth device to my device device when KeyPro is installed. When KeyPro is actively searching for the keyboard the Bluetooth Manager becomes busy this prevents new devices from pairing. Try disabling KeyPro driver by exiting the KeyPro application.
